RCNA Annual Conference 2008 -Celebrating Professional Excellence in Nursing

Welcome to the website for Australia’s premier nursing event, the Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA) Annual Conference. I am delighted to extend an invitation to you to participate in the 2008 Conference to be held at Sheraton Hotel, Perth, Western Australia on 25-27 September.

The RCNA Annual Conference 2008 titled “Celebrating Professional Excellence in Nursing”, to be held over two days, promises to be a valuable forum to discuss the themes of innovations in clinical practice, contemporary professional development design and delivery, and nursing’s role in governance.

In keeping with RCNA’s objectives to cultivate and maintain the highest principles of nursing, this conference will provide a forum for all nurses and will showcase innovation in the delivery and management of nursing services.

Coming together at this conference enables the nursing profession to discuss our critical role in the health care system and our need to be innovators and instigators of change.
